Compact full function HPLC pump
The JASCO Model PU-2080 is a compact full function HPLC pump designed
to meet the most critical of modern laboratory demands. The SSQD (Slow
suction, Quick delivery) pumping system is ideal to assure the most
reliable and pulse free solvent flow. The simple design utilizes only 2
plungers and 2 check valves for optimum reliability and ease of
maintenance. Performance is exceptional with flow rate precision over
the flow rate range of 1 µL to 10 mL per minute. Versatile programming
capabilities allow sophisticated time-based programs of isocratic,
binary or ternary gradient elution, flow rate, solvent selection, etc.,
meeting the numerous requirements for applications in various fields.
The PU-2080 can easily be interfaced with the JASCO HPLC system using
the EZChrom Elite™ Software. The EZChrom Elite software offers full
automation of the JASCO HPLC system including the PU-2080 and other
components, along with an audit trail with enhanced GLP compliance.

PU-2089 Analytical Pump Quaternary low pressure gradient pump
The use of a new high-precision valve for low-pressure gradients improves gradient resolution and enables more accurate gradient analysis.

PU-2085 Semi-Micro Pump Ideal for low flow rate semi-micro and LC/MS applications
Semi-micro analysis is the most useful method when sample volumes are limited and is often the preferred method in the biochemical or pharmaceutical research environments for highly sensitive analysis.

PU-2086 Semi-Prep/PU-2087 Preparative Pumps Excellent pump performance in isocratic or gradient modes
In addition to the Model PU-2080 analytical pump, JASCO offers two preparative scale HPLC pumps. The model PU-2086 covering flow rates from 0.001 to 20.000 ml/min. and
PU-2087, covering the flow rates from 0.001 to 50.000 ml/min. Both models can be used in
isocratic or gradient modes with the same precision and reproducibility
of many analytical scale pumps.

PU-2080i/PU-2089i Inert Pumps For biological separations without metallic material contact
JASCO offers the PU-2080i and PU-2089i that are manufactured by using polyetheretherketone (PEEK) instead of metal parts which may become exposed to fluids. This allows analyses without concern about sample decomposition or absorption caused by metal.
