Customer Support
JASCO provides three different levels of Customer Support Agreements to help meet the individual needs of your laboratory. Our Customer Support Agreements allow you to easily budget and predict expenditures. JASCO Customer Support Agreements provide all the services needed to increase system up-time and optimize performance. Service Support
JASCO is known for its robust, trouble-free instrumentation. If, however, you do find it necessary to request service, we have a staff of dedicated, factory-trained technicians who can promptly and accurately diagnose your instrument. Please complete the Service Request Form or email service@jascoinc.com and a JASCO Service and Support representative will contact you shortly.
Application Support
JASCO offers application support no matter what the application, JASCO has a solution to your particular need. We have application chemists available to help you with questions or to assist you with options and accessories that enable you to customize any instrument to the application at hand. Please complete the Application Assistance Request Form or email customerservice@jascoinc.com to discuss your request with one of our specialists.
Validation Support
For laboratories in regulated industries JASCO offers installation and operation qualification services. JASCO has qualification workbooks documenting operating procedures and the details of standards, traceability and certification.
