 1987 :
Advancements in
JASCO's HPLC systems

In 1987, JASCO introduced the LC-800 Series HPLC systems, featuring a compact modular design. This series incorporated a microprocessor in each individual module which could be combined to provide a complete HPLC system. With each unit processing independently, users could achieve flexible control using a single module. They could also combine individual units to build an optimized HPLC system for overall excellent functionality. Controlled by an integrated microprocessor, individual units communicated with one another through the system controller (LC-Net). These features became the basis for all JASCO HPLC systems.
