SFC CHIRAL ANALYSIS SYSTEM
JASCO has introduced a fully integrated SFC system with Circular Dichroism (CD) detector that is optimized for high sensitivity analysis of chiral compounds. The system provides the delivery of super critical fluids at low flow rates that results in superior resolution in a wide range of applications. The elimination of organic solvents reduces cost and environmental exposure and the use of super critical fluids enables faster and cleaner sample recovery.
The JASCO SFC Chiral Analysis System is comprised of integrated components of their modular LC-2000 HPLC system with the addition of a SFC/SFE CO2 pump and patented back pressure regulator. The system features JASCO’s Circular Dichroism detector which provides unmatched sensitivity and stability for chiral analysis. The CD detector can simultaneously determine both CD and UV absorption of the sample in the same cell for the direct determination of optical purity.
