Support Agreements

JASCO offers different levels of Customer Support Agreements to help meet the individual needs of your laboratory. Each agreement is structured to make it simple to achieve the best possible laboratory performance with instruments you can trust. Our Customer Support Agreements allow you to easily budget and predict expenditures.

JASCO Customer Support Agreements provide all the services needed to increase system uptime and optimize performance. JASCO has a professional and dedicated staff of service engineers available to rapidly and accurately diagnose your instrument. ADVANTAGE SUPPORT

The Advantage Support plan offers the ultimate coverage and includes:
all parts, labor, and travel costs
two Preventative Maintenance (PM) calls per year
one IQ/OQ service
one free customer training class at Jasco
unlimited phone support for technical and application issues
20% discount on consumable parts

FULL SUPPORT
The Full Support plan offers excellent coverage at a very reasonable cost to ensure your instrument is always in optimum running condition.
This plan includes:
all parts, travel and labor costs, excluding consumables
customized to one or two Preventative Maintenance calls per year
discounted IQ/OQ service (performed at the same time as Preventative Maintenance)
unlimited phone support for technical and application issues
15% discount on consumable parts

LIMITED SUPPORT
The New Limited Support plan provides more moderate coverage, including:
all parts and labor costs
50% discount on travel for each call (no Preventative Maintenance)
unlimited phone support for technical and application issues
10% discount on consumable parts

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SUPPORT
The Preventative Maintenance Support plan offers more economical coverage and is recommended as a minimal plan if there are budget constraints to consider.
This plan includes:
one Preventative Maintenance call per year
unlimited phone support for technical and application issues
5% discount on consumable parts

JASCO is known for its robust, trouble-free instrumentation. If, however, you do find it necessary to request service, we have a staff of dedicated, factory-trained technicians who can promptly respond to your needs.


Application Support

No matter what the application, JASCO has a solution to your particular need. We have Ph.D. application chemists available to help you with questions or to assist you with options and accessories that enable you to customize any instrument to the application at hand.

Validation Services

For laboratories in regulated industries we offer installation, operation, maintenance and performance qualification services. By working closely with users of JASCO instrumentation, our service group meets the challenge of regulatory requirements. We have qualification workbooks documenting operating procedures and details of standards, traceability and certification are included in our comprehensive package.
