LC-2000Plus Series HPLC Systems
Uniquely configurable, the LC-2000plus range of high performance, low cost HPLC systems can be adapted to virtually any requirement from simple isocratic QA to advanced multi-solvent/multi-column method development and everything in between. JASCO has the largest range of optical detectors - from UV to diode array to specialist chiral detectors. The HPLC systems are coupled with the ChromNav data system to offer both HPLC and spectral data handling for most of the detectors even with the single wavelength UV detector.
Isocratic LC-2000plus-Iso
Includes: pump, degasser (optional), autosampler and UV/Vis detector. The PU-2080 pump offers flow rates from 1uL to 10mL/min at pressures up to 500 Bar for use with 2, 3, 4.6 and up to 10mm ID columns. The UV-2075 UV/Vis detector provides extremely high sensitivity, spectral scanning and wavelength changes during the run to optimize sensitivity for different analytes. The detector can be interchanged and up to four different detectors can be easily configured by the user.
Binary Gradient LC-2000plus-HPG
The LC-2000plus-HPG is similar to the isocratic system but Includes a two solvent gradient pump configuration: two-pump binary gradient (optional ternary gradient) for delivering fast accurate and responsive gradients. Versatile dynamic mixer with variable volume optimized to flow rate. The pump option can be configured with the PU-2085 low flow rate module for flow rates compatible with 1mm columns - gradient flow rates as low as to 30uL.
Quaternary Gradient LC-2000plus-LPG
The LC-2000plus-LPG is similar to the isocratic system but Includes a quaternary gradient pump configuration for maximum solvent flexibility: Using the PU-2089S single pump with built-in degasser which is ideally suited to use with 4.6mm ID columns (also 2mm columns).

Biocompatible HPLC Systems
All JASCO HPLC systems are manufactured using high grade material for the liquid contact components. All stainless steel is 316SS and can be passivated for applications where free metal ions can be a problem such as with ECD detection. We also offer biocompatible systems where the liquid contact parts are completely metal free.
JASCO HPLC systems with Mass Spectroscopy
JASCO HPLC systems can be interfaced with all commercial MS systems. Direct control is available with Analyst® and Xcalibur™ software packages.
