Ternary and Quaternary gradient units LG-2080-04/02 Proportioning valves for use with the PU-2080 analytical pump
The LG-2080-02 ternary module or LG-2080-04 quaternary gradient module can be used with the PU-2080 analytical HPLC pump to make a gradient HPLC pump. The PU-2080 HPLC Pump provides extremely stable solvent delivery well suited to low pressure gradient formation using the proportioning valve. The pump’s gentle suction action prevents cavitation in the pump head and is able to provide stable delivery of both volatile and viscous solvents. The LG-2080-proportioning module delivers precise and reproducible gradients through the flow rate range for use with 2mm and 4.6mm ID columns. The wetted parts are fabricated from 316SS, fluoro-polymer and PEEK, permitting a wide range of solvents to be used.

MX-2080-31 3-solvent high-pressure static mixer
The MX-2080-31 mixing module is designed to work with a binary or ternary high-pressure mixing gradient system. Both standard mixing and extra mixing (for difficult to mix mobile phases) are included in the module.

MX-2080-32 ; 3-solvent high pressure dynamic mixer
The MX-2080-32 is a high pressure mixer, capable of mixing up to 3 solvents under high pressure. With interchangeable mixing volumes the module can be used in various applications from semi-micro HPLC to semi-preparative HPLC. The standard chamber capacity is 1.5 mL. Chambers for semi-micro HPLC and semi-preparative HPLC are available as options.

DG-2080-53/54 three or four solvent In-line vacuum degasser Vacuum degassing by membrane separation
The DG-2080-53/4 Degasser removes dissolved gas such as O2, N2, and CO2 from a solvent by passing the solvent through a special fluoropolymer membrane tube under vacuum. As degassing by membrane separation is done under mild conditions there is virtually no effect on the solvent composition.
