The CO-2060/2065 are very compact column ovens that use air circulation for controlling and maintaining the temperature of a chromatography column. Temperature control range of the CO-2060 is from -15 °C below ambient temperature to 80 °C using air-cooled Peltier element, while the range of the CO-2065 is from 10 ¡C above ambient temperature to 80 °C. The CO-2060/2065 accepts 2 pieces of columns up to 40 cm length and the Rhodyne injector inside the oven.
The CO-2060/2065 can easily be interfaced with the JASCO HPLC system using EZChrom Elite™ Software. The EZChrom Elite software offers full automation of the JASCO HPLC system including the CO-2060/2065.
Excellent temperature control precision is afforded by digital PID control using a microcomputer.
Self-check functions are employed to shut off the power to the heater when unusually high temperatures or flammable solvent leaks within the oven are detected. In addition, externally output signals can be used to shut down peripheral equipment.
In addition to preheating of the mobile phase, preheating of the sample is also possible since the Rheodyne injector can be placed inside the oven.
Time programming functions are included.
