Measurement of Fluorescence Polarization by using J-815 series

The CD Spectrometer J-815 series measures Circular Dichroism (CD) sample using circularly polarized light, which is generated by phase modulation. This instrument has also been applied to measurement of Linear Dichroism (LD) by controlling the amplitude of the phase modulation, thereby expanding its functionality. This LD capability can also be applied to the measurement of Fluorescence Anisotropy. Consequently this means that this instrument is applicable to fluorescence polarization measurement (Fluorescence anisotropy and Fluorescence depolarization). Click here to request more information.
